It took until 1998 to actually define the "commercially acceptable" version of the "Open Source" Definition. Less fanatical, more business friendly, it all seems as if, these people made the business community (the blue suits, the black suits and the eggheads) accept the initiative. Well, uhm, didn't Apache do it earlier? why don't we ask the audience?
